App lets you surf through photos based on location services! With this functionality always, you can know where the photo is taken. It also allows you to create list, so you can put your favorite photos in your list and find them later on when you are a trip or exploring the world! Its my favorite app on the market up to date! Everyone should get it and start to make lists!

Share your photos of cool discoveries, whether far away on vacation or exploring your own neighborhood. Trover stores your precise location but also allows you to fully edit the map pin. Once you post your discovery other Trovers can check it out. It integrates with your mobile phone map system, which means you can use your native GPS navigator to get directions straight to the cool places you find in the app. The app is social in all the right ways without trying to be another all purpose social network. Thank people for their discoveries, create collections of discoveries you want to visit someday or just think are cool to look at. The very best feature by far is the "Nearby" tab, which shows you discoveries based on your current location and even sorts them by distance. Wherever you go, check out the places nearby that other Trovers found noteworthy when they were in the area. The user base is not gigantic but the entire globe is sufficiently covered and the thousands of active users there ARE happen to be very passionate. Trover benefits heavily from this small but passionate community. Your map is not full of garbage from people who are searching for the Next Big Thing in the app store; you will find lots of truly interesting things in your area. And if you find that your area is under-represented... well, thats where YOU come in! This is a must have app for anyone who likes to explore. There isnt a single missing feature in my opinion, and Trover is building a special global experience that will benefit from more users everywhere. Get it, use it, and love it!

Fun, easy to use and very helpful! Also makes travel so much more fun. Great way to keep a travel log when on the road, and always helpful when trying to find things in "nearby" new places. Love it!

This is more than a collection of beautiful photographs, it is an essential and excellent trip planner. I love seeing what other travelers discovered in an area Im about to visit. Very helpful.

The app is great for finding high quality photos in your local area, or really anywhere around the world. Each photo has a tip associated with it, so you get visuals and interesting info. well beyond what a destination guide or other photo community app could provide.

Trover is great for any traveler, whether exploring your own neighborhood or the other side of the globe. Its sort of like Pinterest meets Instagram meets Foursquare. Not only do you get to browse through gorgeous photos around the world and save them to your personally curated lists, but you can also learn insider travel tips from those who were there before you. The map on the app allows you to easily find the location no matter where you are in the world. Of course, you also get to add your own photos and receive thanks for your discoveries. Our favorite part is definitely the ability to find nearby discoveries. Not only do we find hidden gems that are located where we are, we can also connect with the travelers that made the discovery. An awesome way to meet new people! We highly recommend it. We know we will be using it for all of our upcoming trips!

I love Trover. It fills in the gaps where other social networks fail -- its as beautiful as Pinterest, but its also filled with tips and information like Foursquare. I love the easy, Instagram-style interface. I wasnt sure how well it would work in some random locations, but even when I was in Brunei, I was able to get tips on where to eat sushi and which ostentatious hotel to visit! If you like travel and discovering new places, this is definitely an app to add to your phone. Im a huge fan.

As far as the travel community as a whole… this is where the cool kids hang!
